Guest requirements:
As a company, you should be experiencing some very good momentum AND be grossing 7 figures or more annually and from 25 to 200+ employees. We'll be talking about how you managed the extremely high demands of an executive of a medium enterprise.
Consider the PEOPLE in your organization as your most valuable ASSET.
Be steeped in the STRATEGY of your organization or business unit. This is typically a C-Suite role (CEO, COO, Chief People Officer, Chief Strategy Officer or Executive Director.)
Not accepting coaches, consultants, realtors, sales teams or marketing teams at this time.

Please have a quality microphone ready to go prior to our interview. Gaming headsets and internal laptop microphones are usually very poor quality and will require rescheduling our interview.

Order either of these on Amazon and you can have it in 2 days. If you would like to do more podcast interviews, this is something you'll want to have.
As a last resort, Apple Airpods and Airpod Pros are typically okay quality.
